When you follow a healthy nutrition plan, your body will become stronger, grow healthier and repair itself while an unhealthy nutrition plan can make your body weaker. Also, your body will not be able to fight against certain minor diseases.

There are three things which can tell you the importance and purpose of Nutrition.

Body needs vital elements to nourish and grow.
Nutrition includes all those things which can help your body to grow.
So with this understanding, the actual relationship of food and nutrition becomes clear. Food and nutrition are not the same things. There are some differences that exist between them.
Every food that you can think of, do not have the same amount of nutrients. They have varying amounts or degree of nutrients. Some contain high amounts while other food items may contain lower amounts or none at all.
In general, you will find that natural foods contain more nutrition than processed foods including fast foods. For example an apple, freshly harvested from the garden, can provide your body lots more nutrition than a doughnut.
Interestingly, when an apple is absorbed into your system, it breaks down in substance and your body uses this for growth and blood production. But when you eat a doughnut, your digestive system will say "hmm, I don't need much of this stuff, so either throw it away or store it somewhere."

The nutrition which you provide to your body affects your health directly. The basic goal of everyone should be to improve their health. carbohydrate and
vitamins.
You need to make sure that the food which you are eating contains necessary amount of these elements

Foods which are totally processed and baked as these foods have almost zero natural elements in them like doughnuts, fast food and other similar items. These foods have absolute nutritional value and in most of the cases they are found to be harmful for your body.
Some foods which are cooked with natural ingredients like meat, chicken, vegetables and similar other items, are nutritional to some extent because they contain natural elements and you can add these food items in your regular diet.
All food items which are totally natural and have no preservatives and other similar things added like fruits, fresh juice, milk and other similar items. These are the items which carry most nutritional value.
